Where do I start! Staff attentive, very polite, dressed well. Atmosphere was very nice…. I was soo engrossed in our conversation I can’t remember if there was any background music Plenty of space to sit with wide aisles for accessibility. My crutches would have been welcomed lol! Food! I usually have a Mediterranean breaky everywhere I go! HOWEVER THIS TIME, myself and my friend were set on the smashed avocado topped with perfect pouched eggs and the fresh tomatoes sprinkled with feta YUM!!!! The portion was perfect! So happy that they’ve opened another branch of emerald, the other one was too far for me! (in goodmayes park) I can finally be cheeky and order on uber eats now there’s one closer to me! Will I attend again ABSOLUTELY! Thank you chef ahmed and the young man serving! 15/11/25

I had such a great experience at this café! The food was absolutely delicious. Beautifully presented and even better in taste. The French toast with fresh fruit, chocolate drizzle, and a huge swirl of whipped cream was a dream, light, fluffy, and full of flavour. The breakfast plate was just as impressive, with perfectly toasted bread, fresh salad, and a generous selection of sides. On top of the amazing food, the customer service was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The staff made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in, and they were attentive throughout without being overbearing. Definitely will visit again

Visited this place last weekend. We got the English breakfast, and the French toast. It was reaallly nice! The cream on the French toast was something I never had before. The English breakfast tasted fresh, the sausages delicious and the eggs and beans cooked to perfection. The service of this place was exceptional. They gave us free juices and our kids free pancake. Im glad to have this shop near me, will defo be revisiting, and recommend everyone to visit.

Shout out to the entire team! as soon as we entered we was welcomed with a warm smile and allowed to choose where we was seated. I was given clear instructions on how to order and not rushed at all. I had ordered the breakfast platter for 2 which had soo many varieties of food for a very good price, and probably the best breakfast i’ve had so far! A special thank you to Salwa (sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong) her customer service skills were outstanding and very appreciative.

This is a really nice place in a Corner of Roman Road E3 We managed to make it for the launch & We’re really happy with the service. The staff are very friendly & The menu has a lot of options We ordered the following: Karak Chai Masala Chai 2 English Breakfasts (Complimentary / On the house) The portions were generous & Everything tasted good. We will definitely try to visit More regularly soon As there are lots of interesting Items in the menu. Best wishes to the entire team of Emerald Cafe Bistro.

We ordered the Emerald sharing platter and it so good. I had seen it on Instagram and thought it might not be that great in real life but it was really delicious. Every component was made really well and the meat was great quality. This is definitely a new brunch spot for us.

I discovered Emerald Cafe Bistro on TikTok and just had to check it out—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The decor and atmosphere were absolutely beautiful—perfect for a special occasion like my birthday. I ordered the Emerald Breakfast Platter for Two, and it did not disappoint. The pancakes were fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness, and I loved the variety on the platter—everything from sausages and hash browns to perfectly cooked eggs. Every bite was delicious. A huge thank you to the team for the chocolate fudge cake—what a sweet surprise! The presentation was top-notch and made the experience feel extra special. Special shoutout to Sang for the outstanding customer service. It was lovely meeting you! Thank you to the entire Emerald Cafe Bistro team—I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Great little spot with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is good, especially the platter, which I’ve really enjoyed. I’ve been there a couple of times now and the quality has been consistent each visit. Service is friendly and relaxed, and it’s convenient that they accept both card and cash payments. Definitely a place I’d happily keep coming back to.
